Shipping policy

All orders non-personalised orders will shipped within 3 working days of placing the order. 

Please allow up to 14 working days for personalised orders.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive confirmation of your tracking details to the email address that was used to place the order.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail's tracked and signed for service.

International orders are shipped with Parcel and DHL.
