If you wish to return your order, please contact hello@enala.shop for return instructions. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original resalable condition in order to be refunded.

Please kindly note that return fees are the responsibility of the sender. We would advise sending the return with a signed and tracked service, as the items are the responsibility of the sender until they are delivered back to us.

Once we have received your return in its original resalable condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. The original shipping fee is regretfully non-refundable. 

A £5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.

FAULTY ITEMS

Every item is thoroughly checked and photographed before it leaves us; however, if you have received a faulty item, please contact us at hello@enala.shop so that we can provide a prompt resolution and facilitate a return if needed.
